Central but peaceful, good breakfast and amazing restaurant with discount for guests next-door

The location, is central but quiet. Breakfast was good and abundant. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable; 10% discount in the fantastic restaurant next door and the nice sun terrace for some chill out time.

Ideally breakfast until 10.30am instead of 10am and check out at 11am instead of 10am considering most people are on holiday! Was a bit rushed each morning for those in holiday mode!

In the bathroom the extractor makes a loud noise that continues when you turn out the light. In the night in the street all night long (1 am, 2 am, 3am, 4 am, 5am) voices, workers working since 7 am chatting loudly all the time that one can not rest and sleep.

Very Good

The hotel is in the center of the Old City. It is very comfortable. Almost all historical places are situated near the hotel. The room was very clean! The bed was very comfortable! Thank you so much!!! The breakfast was also nice! You can have: omelet, boiled eggs, fried becon, boiled/fried sausage, vegetables and fruit, different types of cheese, ham....The woman, who makes breakfast is very kind and helpful! Thanks a lot! If you have time, you can travel a little bit on the tramway #18. Tickets you can buy inside the tramway and pay with your credit card. You can buy a ticket for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 90 minutes....15 minutes kost about 1 €.

Of course it doesn't depend of hotel!!! Again, this is not the hotel's fault!!! Our room was very noisy. This noise came outside the yard. I think, it is only because the hotel is situated in the center of the city! One wish for the hotel: it would be so nice of you to have a map of the city for tourists. Thank you so much! You are very nice!

Perfect location to everything. Walking distance to all attractions. Room was spacious and bathroom was also spacious

Lift was very old. Was quicker to walk up the stairs by the time the life came. Found reception staff mot very friendly with every interaction had with them.

The beds were so uncomfortable and all our friends said the same.

Location is close to the station. Convenient.

Sometimes noisy even in midnight. Shower room doesn’t have curtains. Soaking wet.

Perfect location!

Great location! 1 minute walk to the main square. Seperate bathroom to bedroom which we found is uncommon in hotels so that was great. Had a restaurant too which served amazing food.

Quite loud - you could hear people in the next room, in the hallway, from all angles. Loud sounds, not sure if it was from the cleaners or what it was. The electricity and wifi dropped out a couple of times too.

Very Good

Location is top - just in the centre of the old town. Breakfast was delicious. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Room was of good size. Clean.

It was a bit noisy from the nearby bars and works done. Check out is really early (10 am). I did not like the fact that if you pay in CZK, price is this and if you pay in EUR it is different (lower), but for this you must pay in cash. Sounds a bit dodgy, especially with the difference between each of the values.

Great location, lovely hotel.

Location is great, literally 1 minute from the old town square. Room was big, bed comfy, bathroom big, breakfast good.

On two of the mornings the water wasn't very hot for showering. Also the 'hot' food at breakfast was luke warm, tasted good, but very quickly got cold on your plate.

A nice stay in the heart of the Town

The lady at the reception when I first came was a great help, I can't recall her name ( p.s. she is the one with Asian origins) but she was very sweet, with a smile all the time, helped me with any questions, even the ones that she might just say I don't know .. The room is spacious and clean, and the water pressure is very good. Breakfast was v nice, and the pastries were tasty :)

Just that for a 1st time visit, the allies are not really showing on GPS, i mean a small description upon booking on how to reach with a landmark or something, ( ex, if you are coming from old town square, go into the street of starbucks, then enter the ally at Giovanni restaurant). Other than that all is great.

The location and breakfast were amazing. The room was spacious but no TV which was fine since we were out all day.

A couple of nights in Prague

The hotel is small and quite old fashioned, but clean and functional - perfect for the Astronomical Clock if that is something that you want to see. Young staff friendly and helpful - not expensive for an old town hotel.

Disappointed that we had a shower over a bath with no curtain, no working safe, no coffee making facilities and a promised boxed breakfast for an early departure didn't materialise.
